The Programs department at 36°N supports entrepreneurs across the coworking and Incubator programs. Our department dreams up new ways to serve our entrepreneurs and builds programs to fill them. In areas where we are not the best fit to fill gaps, we rally our partners to support new programming. We also provide in-kind support, mentorship, and partnership to over 70 organizations in the Tulsa area.
The Program Manager role will directly support the Director of Programs in building and managing all educational curriculum, programming, partnerships, and member support activities across the organization. Programs include the Incubator program (workshops, office hours, fireside chats), entrepreneurship cohort programs (Starters Bootcamp and the Hispanic Entrepreneurs' Academy), and other community programs like Global Entrepreneurship Week, Black Gold, Tulsa Women's Business Breakfast, and the Tulsa Collab Breakfast. This role is important in supporting the day to day functions of programs, as well as strategizing future programs we can create.
We are looking for someone who represents the 36°N culture to all of our members, who can build relationships quickly and facilitate local and national connections to take Tulsa's entrepreneurs to the next level. This person will also attend ecosystem events on behalf of 36°N, speak as a representative of our organization, coordinate key ecosystem events and outreach programs, and participate in member experience events to connect members with program opportunities within the 36°N community.
