Progressive organization seeking a responsible, detail oriented and highly self-motivated full-time Client Services Associate with a passion for driving economic growth in Tulsa.

-Can handle various administrative tasks, while playing an important part in effectively communicating in a fast-paced environment;
-Are flexible, detail oriented, multitasker, able to manage a demanding workload;
-Have a pleasant, professional personality and phone voice;
-Are comfortable to interact with all levels of management, both internal and external, as well as board members;
-Bilingual Spanish, a plus.
Principal duties and responsibilities: (not meant to be all-inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned as necessary)
-Greets and assists visitors via phone, email and personal contact, provide exceptional customer service;
-Maintain a functional, safe, clean, and efficient office environment;
-Support internal staff with practical and strategic services, including ordering supplies, meeting preparation, logistics, organizing and managing files and materials, documents and information, correspondence, and other related administrative tasks.
-Receive and process mail on behalf of internal staff; make recommendations for streamlining systems for efficiencies.
