How, where and when do you get your best ideas?
I get my best ideas from my clients! I ask lots of questions during our personal consultations and use those details to build something great.

What's a work tool or ritual that you couldn't live without?
Email! I use it to paint the picture for each adventure.

What skill would you like to master?
Social media is such an important piece of the puzzle in the travel industry. It showcases connections, travel experiences and knowledge. It is a largely untapped resource for many, but I believe it is a tremendously valuable tool.

What advice would you give to someone seeking to launch or grow a business?
Expect the unexpected. Breathe.

What's a big "win" you experienced in the past year?
The biggest win in the last year would be the connections I've made with other small business owners. These connections have led to great referral business and incredible partnerships that have grown my business.

What are you most looking forward to in the year to come?
Growing my brand. I have the resources and the contacts to build a brand that is really special. A brand that is focused on the client experience and maximizing the value in a curated experiences that exceeds their expectations. My approach to marketing is a departure from what is traditionally done in my industry, and I look forward to the challenge of turning the tide.

Why 36 Degrees North?
I wanted to be in an environment that has a great entrepreneurial spirit. I wanted to work with people outside of my industry with fresh eyes and fresh ideas.

Do you want to give any shoutouts?
Everyone has been so welcoming. I feel a true sense of community here that I haven't experienced in my adult working life. 36ºN is special.
