Where and when do you get your best ideas? My best ideas often come from collaboration with others. One of my favorite quotes is from a book by Chip Kidd call Cheese Monkeys, and it is a reminder to me that ideas can and should evolve. “Never fall in love with an idea. They're whores: if the one you're with isn't doing the job, there's always, always, always another.”

What’s a work tool or ritual that you couldn’t live without? Essential work tool? Coffee. Essential work ritual? Chimera. :)

What skill would you like to master? Excel – there is so much I don’t know!

What advice would you give to someone seeking to launch or grow a business? Let go of expectation and realize that, if you continue to work diligently, it will happen when it is supposed to. Enjoy the process and the excitement of knowing that some things are always out of your control.

What’s a big “win” you experienced in the past year? My biggest win this year has been working with over 75 external partners to help bring a transformative, state of the art smart bike-sharing service to our community and helping establish Tulsa as a progressive, forward-looking metropolitan city.

What are you most looking forward to in the year to come? Our launch event! I cannot wait to see people out riding on our bikes!

Why 36 Degrees North? The diversity of innovative minds across a variety of industries housed within an old Model T showroom! Nothin' else like it.

Do you want to give any shout-outs? Shout out to all the other founding members out there killin' the game since day one! I see you.
